Update 11:20 a.m. ET/8:20am PT: Spotify says the problems have been fixed.

If you’re having trouble accessing Spotify today, you’re not alone. The company has confirmed an ongoing outage affecting some users.

Spotify outage details

Downdetector, which aggregates outage information from social media posts, shows complaints from Spotify users starting to spike around 10 a.m. ET/7 a.m. PT.

In a social media post, Spotify confirmed the outage: “We’re aware of some issues right now with the app and are checking them out!”

In a post on Spotify’s forums, reports show users are seeing different errors, cuh as “Error 103” and “something went wrong.”

There’s no timetable for a fix for this Spotify outage. It doesn’t appear to be as widespread as previous Spotify outages, but it’s still preventing a large number of subscribers from listening to music.

If this Spotify outage is pushing you to consider your subscription, you can check out Apple Music for $10.99 per month, and you might even be eligible for a free trial.
