Pune-based used two-wheeler startup Speedioo has raised Rs 10 crore in a seed funding round led by Atomic Capital.
The proceeds will be used to build its AI-native technology stack, expand distribution, strengthen OEM partnerships, and scale its dealer and retail network.
Founded by former CredR and Rentomojo executives Sagar Potphode and Ajit Deshmukh, Speedioo operates a full-stack platform for buying and selling used two-wheelers. The startup is focused on improving transparency, pricing, procurement, and customer experience.
The company plans to integrate AI across its value chain, including vehicle sourcing, assessment, price discovery, and sales operations. It also aims to expand into 3–4 additional cities and deepen its retail presence through a franchise-led model.
Speedioo claims to have grown its topline more than fivefold over the last 12 months while remaining EBITDA-positive and cash-flow positive. The startup has crossed Rs 30 crore in gross merchandise value (GMV) and sold over 4,000 vehicles during the period.
Currently, the company works with more than 200 dealer partners across Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune and plans to increase this network significantly over the next year. It has also partnered with electric two-wheeler manufacturers for exchange programmes, targeting opportunities in the growing EV resale segment.
Speedioo is targeting over Rs 100 crore in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within the next 12–18 months. As part of its expansion strategy, the startup plans to enter new tier I, II, III, and IV markets, while also launching financing and warranty products.
