“We’re aware people are currently having trouble accessing our services. We’re working on it,” company spokesperson Andy Stone said in a post on X.

Users reported being unable to access their accounts, with many encountering login failures, “session expired” messages, and instances of being unexpectedly locked out of their profiles.
