Awfis crosses Rs 400 Cr revenue in Q4 FY26; doubles profit

Co-working solutions provider Awfis announced its Q4 FY26 results on Monday. The company reported a 21% year-on-year increase in operating revenue during the quarter, crossing Rs 400 crore, while its profits doubled during the same period.

The Delhi-based company’s revenue from operations grew to Rs 410.1 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 339.6 crore in the same quarter last year, according to its financial statements sourced from the NSE.

Other income contributed an additional Rs 19 crore, taking the company’s total income to Rs 429 crore for the quarter. 

For the full financial year FY26, Awfis reported a 24% year-on-year increase in revenue to Rs 1,493 crore from Rs 1,208 crore in FY25, and the bottom line remained steady at Rs 71 crore.

Co-working spaces remained the primary revenue driver, contributing more than 83% of total operating revenue. Revenue from this segment increased 26.8% year-on-year to Rs 341.5 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 269.3 crore in the same quarter last year. Meanwhile, the construction and fit-out projects business contributed Rs 68.6 crore during the quarter.

On the expenditure front, depreciation on lease was the largest expenditure for the company, at Rs 100.8 crore, followed by subcontracting costs, which were at Rs 56 crore. Employee benefit expenses stood at Rs 31.3 crore. Finance costs and other operational overheads pushed total expenditure to Rs 405.6 crore in Q4 FY26, up from Rs 347.5 crore in the year-ago quarter.

The strong revenue led Awfis to more than double its profit to Rs 23.2 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 11.2 crore in the year-ago quarter. At the end of today’s trading session, Awfis’ stock closed at Rs 359.1, valuing the company at a market capitalization of Rs 2,569 crore (approximately $270 million).
