Blue Origin rocket explodes during test; Jeff Bezos says 'rough day', all personnel safe
Blue Origin said it had experienced an “anomaly” during a hotfire test and confirmed that all personnel were safe, but the root cause is not known yet.

The incident on Thursday, May 28, involved the company’s New Glenn rocket, which is under development as part of its heavy-lift launch programme. No injuries have been reported so far.
"Very rough day, but we’ll rebuild whatever needs rebuilding and get back to flying. It’s worth it,” Founder Jeff Bezos wrote on X.
The space company said it will provide further updates as investigations continue into what caused the failure.
“All personnel are accounted for and safe. It’s too early to know the root cause but we’re already working to find it," Bezos wrote.
