Yes Madam raises maiden Rs 50 Cr funding at Rs 750 Cr valuation

Home salon services platform Yes Madam has received maiden funding of Rs 50 crore (approximately $5.2 million) from Sanjeev Bikhchandani-led Info Edge in its Series A round.

According to its filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC), the company’s board has issued 2,64,987 Series A preference shares at an issue price of Rs 1,885 each to raise the abovementioned amount.

Info Edge, through its B8 Fund is the sole participant in the round. As per Entrackr’s analysis, the round valued the company at around Rs 750 crore or approximately $79 million.

According to the company, the fresh capital will be used to expand into new cities, strengthen its partner network, invest in technology, and improve customer experience while focusing on profitability and operational efficiency.

Inc42 reported the development first.

Founded in 2016, Yes Madam is an at-home services platform that allows users to book beauty, salon, and wellness services such as haircuts, facials, waxing, and massages through its app or website. The company connects customers with trained professionals who deliver these services at home and earns revenue through commissions on each booking.

The Noida-based firm claims to handle over 3 lakh bookings every month, operates in 55+ cities across India, and has onboarded more than 12,000 professionals to date.

Following the allotment, Info Edge acquired a 6.67% stake in the company. Meanwhile, co-founders Mayank Arya, Aditya Arya, and Akanksha Vishno collectively hold a 68.61% stake. The company has also created a 10% ESOP pool, valued at Rs 75 crore.

On the financial front, while the company is yet to file its FY26 financials, it claims to have reported Rs 195 crore in revenue for the fiscal year ended March 2026, while remaining profitable. In FY25, the company had doubled its operating revenue to Rs 93 crore and posted a profit of Rs 1.8 crore.

Yes Madam competes with Urban Company and Bengaluru-based GetLook, among others, including new entrant Snabbit, which entered the instant salon-at-home services segment last week.
